Welcome!
“One Earth, One Sky” 2026 FUKUOKA
Fukuoka City Science Museum is honored to be the conference host and to greet all sponsors. The IPS 2026 Conference and Full-dome Festival will be held from June 18 to 26, 2026 at Fukuoka City Science Museum, Fukuoka International Congress Center and Fukuoka Kokusai Center in Fukuoka, Japan. The hosting of the IPS Conference in Japan is indeed the first time in 30 years, since 1996. As a Japanese planetarian, we feel that this is a precious and important opportunity to interact and collaborate with friends from around the world.
At the IPS 2024 conference “United Under the Sky” in Berlin-Jena, we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the planetarium. Building on the success of this conference, we hope the IPS 2026 conference will provide another monumental opportunity for exchanging ideas about planetariums for the next 100 years.
The success of this major event depends on the cooperation of all of you who are leading the planetarium and Dome Visualization industry, providing innovative technologies, content, and other resources. Please join us for a conference which will mark the beginning of a new era.
By sponsoring this event, you will have the valuable opportunity to promote and communicate your company's technologies and activities to a large audience of passionate professionals from Planetarium, Astronomy, STEAM Education, Space Industry, and many other fields from all over the world. (Put differently, it is one of the largest business meeting opportunities available.)
With your support, we hope to make this an event that our participants will remember for their lifetime.
Let's create a great experience together under “One Earth, One Sky” at IPS 2026.
We look forward to seeing you in Fukuoka, Japan!
